I knew right away what this question was about, but the wording maybe is too complex or misspelled? (Words 3, 4 and 8 - I have the rest)

I appreciate your frustration. The question can not go unanswered. The fourth word sounds like a member of a coven. That should help with the third word. The eighth word will OCCUR before the ninth.
